WP Sign Systems began in 1932 as Washington Poster Company, which did hand lettering of grocery banners and eventually screen printing. They continued screen printed signage and graphics through the the decades, until inventing a "channel system" in the 80's for modular sign systems. Washington Poster officially became WP Sign Systems when this identity was created.
